Just talked to Kim....8:50a.m......she is trying to get teenagers out of bed!!!!! Ben said, "Mom, I thought we were supposed to be able to sleep in today"!! Yesterday morning they got up quite early so they could be on the road heading for Bar Harbor, Maine. They drove and drove and finally arrived in Bar Harbor last night around 10:00p.m. They were in the car most of the day. Kim said New York is a long state and looks a lot like upper Michigan. Blake tried until midnight to get on line to do the blog, but couldn't.
They had Ben and Jerry's ice cream in Vermont--where it is made. Also in Vermont they stopped to see a gourge. Today should be more exciting...they are going to Arcadia National Park and visit downtown---little harbor towns are neat places to see---and then they plan to "hang" at the pool!!!! Tomorrow they go on a whale and puffin watch at 8:30a.m.----GOOD LUCK, KIM, GETTING THOSE TEENAGERS OUT OF BED THAT EARLY!!!!!!!!!
